Our story
Maxim, both a cook and a baker, always had a passion for artisanal and flavorful food. As a child, he experimented with different ingredients in his parents' butcher-bakery. This is how his quest for the perfect pancake began. After a lot of trial and error, he discovered the ideal mix in November 2017, and soon people were coming from far away to taste his delicious pancakes.
Petit Baron was reborn
In the summer of 2021, Maxim and Delphine had the unique opportunity to take over an existing industrial bakery, which also produced waffles! Petit Baron was reborn. And guess what we are so proud of? Our story of passion and love!
